I got to HR30 today and the 3 star urgent quest appeared - Jien Mooran (ジエン・モーラン).
A HUGE sand monster with two massive tusks. The quest was to fight it off but we ran out of time. Three people on a quest that really needs four. Still, we put up a good fight and I enjoyed the hell out of it.
I think I need to beat it in order to be able to upgrade on of my slash axes to give it 1026 attack power. I'm looking forward to that day!
